This Website is a membership-based organisation that caters and services and advises its members, majorly upon the subject of the promotion of Indo-Australian business, trade, and economic trade relations (hereinafter referred as to as our ‘Service’ or ‘Services’). XI.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution :

Any dispute/differences arising out of or touching this T&C, shall be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed as per the Act thereof. The seat/venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this T&C.
