He worked at Microsoft in strategic roles as Chief Compete Officer, Director Developer and Platform Group & Architect Advisor for Global System Integrators. Prior to joining Microsoft, he served as Assistant Vice President in Polaris Financials Technology Ltd. And Technology Director in Kumaran Systems Inc.

Before starting to build out Carisma Solutions and Purple Quay Global, he was the Co-founder and Vice President of big data start-up Indix Corporation.

He holds a master’s in physics from St Josephs' College and EGIMP from IIM-B. He served as Executive Vice President of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce and is now a member of Board of the same.

His leadership has enabled the business to grow successfully and responsibly from being a start-up to a leading business in the industry today. He is also the founder of RADA (Raise & Develop Association) in his organization, that encourages women to explore their potential at work.

Joined Heat and Control in 2006 as Country Manager and has grown the South Asia business to a leading supplier of food processing equipment with over 450 employees. He was instrumental in setting up the largest manufacturing facility for the company worldwide in Mahindra World City, Chennai.

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 40 years of experience. He serves as a Director on several boards including Tamilnadu News Print and Papers Ltd and SBI Mutual Fund Trustee Company. He has vast experience in handling assurance engagements and audit of nationalised banks.

Vinod Daniel is an internationally recognized heritage conservation professional and CEO of the India Vision Institute. He has worked extensively with museums and cultural institutions globally to preserve and promote heritage.

Dr. Sriganesh Rao is a leader in technology and innovation, serving as Director at Calligo Technologies. He specialized in advanced computing solutions and high-performance technology frameworks.
