Director Peter Wigley said the company's initial foray into the Indian market was demand driven.
"We were contacted by several organisations that were looking for a better internat filtering system than what they were then using," he said.
"Fortunately we had contacts in a company based in Bangalore whom we knew through other business dealings and this enabled us to have a local presence to present ContentKeeper in its best light to these organisations."

Sales have been growing steadily and Mr. Patritti said this was also having a positive effect on the domestic market. "The main benefit is scale of operation - the more we produce, the cheaper it is to produce and hence it helps us in our domestic market as well". Mr. Patritti said he had found the Indian people to be particularly charming and inviting. "It is quite pleasant to do business with them," he said.
